Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time.
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us right away after ordering via sales@passiontojourney.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll dispatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
Please contact our customer service team via help@passiontojourney.com. Providing the return meets our return criteria, you will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.
Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique number. Our gift cards are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift card instead for the value of $10, $25 or $50, $75, $100 or $200. You can purchase here.
Please allow 2-3 days before your order is shipped out. We only ship Mon-Wed to ensure your product does not delay and sit in hot areas where your products may become compromised. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your order is shipped. We offer express shipping on orders as well for a faster delivery.
For local deliveries, expect item after the processing time.
Passion to Journey offers a 7 days return policy. If 7 days has gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All orders $75 and up will qualify for FREE shipping. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent you your email. Due to shipping changes in the past current years, delivery time may be longer than expected.
Currently, we only ship to the US and it's territories.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at sales@passiontojourney.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. Please email help@passiontojourney.com with any questions or concerns.
Passion to Journey is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. Please file claim with carrier.
If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order.
